Process of Leasing Your Property for Solar

Solar project development starts with leasing your land to OYA Solar. While settling the lease terms, we work with you to select the land and plan the solar farm to minimize the impact of the solar project on your day-to-day life. Then, we take it from there and let you know when we make it past certain permitting and regulation milestones. The day construction breaks grounds marks beginning of an exciting time period for landowners. Not only will they see their project coming to fruition but it is the start of stable income for multiple decades.
